How it works
Bridging the gap between the machine on the shop floor and the engineering information that keeps it running.
From the casing to the fix
Three parts work together so the right information reaches the engineer at the right machine.
Rugged machine-casing asset tags
We fit durable, high-visibility, industrial-grade steel or vinyl SmartTags directly onto your machinery casings. Built for harsh manufacturing environments, they stand up to heat, oil and heavy wash-down, so they're still scannable when a breakdown strikes.
No more fading barcodes or misplaced files. The access point is fixed right where the work happens.
Your documents, always up to date
We bring together your OEM manuals, electrical wiring diagrams, torque requirements and PPM safety check sheets in one secure online library. When a drawing is revised or a procedure changes, the update reaches every tag straight away.
Technicians always read the latest approved version, so nobody works from an old copy.
Straight to the right page on a phone
When a technician scans a tag, they skip the menus and land on the information for that exact machine. Pages are built to load quickly on phones and rugged shop-floor tablets.
Mean Time to Repair drops because nobody is searching network drives or walking back to an office PC.
Then the CMMS takes over
With SmartTag CMMS, the same scan becomes a complete, traceable job record.
An operator reports the fault
They pick the machine on the site map or scan its tag, choose a risk level and add a photo. Engineers get an alert on their phones.
An engineer claims the job
Everyone can see who's on it. The job opens with the machine's manuals, drawings and past fixes alongside.
The work is recorded as it's done
Notes, photos, parts used from stores and any temporary repairs are added from the phone.
Hand back and sign off
The engineer and the operator sign on screen to hand the area back to production. The job report is ready as a PDF.
Watch it in action
A short tour of both systems, from the tag on the machine to the maintenance dashboard.
See it on your own machines
We'll tag a machine and set up a working demo with your own manuals.
